Fall is my favorite season of the year! The smells of spice and burning leaves, the cool weather, the pumpkins, and costumes, and making memories with the family, I could go on and on! So today, I thought I would share some beautiful quilts and projects that are inspired by fall. Hopefully it will inspire you as well!
Bee In My Bonnet's Lori Holt has so many cute quilt blocks! Here are three of her patterns that are perfect or fall . . .

Patchwork Pumpkin quilt block placemat. So cute! Pattern for the pumpkin can be found in her Farm Girl Vintage book which you can buy here, and she blogs about making it into a placemat in the first link.
Speaking of pumpkins, here are a few quilts and smaller projects that feature the orange gourd.

I'm not sure what pattern these next quilt makers used, but I'm sure you can use the above tutorial to replicate them without having to buy a pattern if you are okay with the block size.
Love this version by Amy of Diary of a Quilter, which she blogged about here.
This maple leaf quilt by Buttontree Lane is so pretty! You must go check out her blog and see all the close-ups of the straight line quilting. It is divine!
Twirl by Joanna Figueroa of Fig Tree and Co. is a beautiful jelly roll friendly pattern that just screams fall. You can purchase the pattern in her shop here.
And it also comes in a mini, charm friendly size.
Here is a tutorial for a leaf table runner by Anjeanette Klinder of Contemporary Quilting and Designs.
And here is one last quilt, Halloween Blooms, by Fig Tree and Co. because it is just amazing! Blog post about it here. And Joanna just happens to have some fabric bundles in her shop if you hurry and grab them!
Hope you were able to find something to get your creative juices flowing. I'm already thinking of all the Christmas sewing, so I think I'm going to pick one of the table runners or smaller projects to work on this year. What will you be creating this fall?
